A cosy, clean hotel in the down town of Robaix. A quick connection to Lille via a Metro. Good breakfast. We had a family room on the top floor, which was nice & soundproof.

Style and service. Easy transport to neighbouring Lille which is a gem.

Very pleasant helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Parking not straightforward. It's all round, pretty solid, and a good base in Roubaix.

Great location, great staff, very helpful young man at reception on 16/10/2023. Reception staff on morning of 17/10/2023 were equally outstanding. Very clean hotel. Highly recommended.

Staff outstanding, building is dated and needs a refurb. Lift area smelt of foul sewage (not an overpowering smell 👊) overall good stay. The girl at reception was so welcoming 🙂

Check-in process was friendly, no-fuss and convenient. Housekeeping was polite and efficient. Breakfast was great, nice selection with very attentive staff Dinners were tasty and good value despite limited selection

It was central, close enough to the train station and very close to the subway. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very nice.

The staff on reception were Excellent, we didn't expect to have to stay in Roubaix and needed a place to stay at the very last minute. they catered to our every need
